1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CrewbΦx™ (crewbox.live) or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, and registered users.

2. About CrewbΦx™

CrewbΦx™ is operated by 3 in 1 Life Production LLC. We provide:

  • A marketplace connecting faith-based filmmakers, investors, and production crew
  • Professional advisory services (EP Services) for qualifying productions
  • Tools for project listings, crew matching, and community connection

CrewbΦx™ facilitates introductions and provides advisory services. We do not manage funds, broker securities transactions, or provide investment advice of any kind.

3. Not a Broker-Dealer or Investment Advisor

CrewbΦx™ is expressly not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not:

  • Manage, hold, or invest funds on behalf of any party
  • Provide investment advice or recommendations
  • Earn commissions, success fees, or outcome-based compensation of any kind
  • Guarantee any investment outcome, return, or result

All EP Services fees are fixed-fee professional services engagements. No commission or success fee is charged under any circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

By using CrewbΦx™, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your projects
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes consistent with our faith-aligned mission
  • Conduct your own due diligence before entering any business relationship facilitated through the platform
  • Not misrepresent your credentials, project financials, or investment experience
  • Not use the platform to solicit investments in violation of applicable securities laws
  • Treat all community members with respect consistent with our Christian values

5. EP Services Terms

EP Services is a professional advisory engagement subject to a separate EP Services Agreement. Key terms:

  • All fees are fixed — no commissions, success fees, or outcome-based compensation
  • Phase 1 (Readiness Retainer) must be completed before Phase 2 begins
  • Acceptance into EP Services is at the sole discretion of CrewbΦx™
  • EP Services does not guarantee investor introductions, funding, or any specific outcome
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as outlined in the EP Services Agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and materials on crewbox.live — including the CrewbΦx™ name, logo, and platform — are owned by 3 in 1 Life Production LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but grant CrewbΦx™ a limited license to display it in connection with our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 in 1 Life Production LLC and CrewbΦx™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to CrewbΦx™ in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the platform is complete or accurate. Past performance of any film project referenced on the platform is not indicative of future results.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which 3 in 1 Life Production LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
